Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups are proving to be a pain in the ass. Every time I try to put them into my daily routine, I only seem to injure my elbows. On the bright side, I dished out almost 35 sit-ups last night, and I pulled out another 30 this morning, 10 push-ups last night and 15 today. I need to remember to do all my drills instead of cold booting these exercises.  I still haven't gotten out to run … I need to work on my 1 mile run.
